Hotel good nice staff good price

no transfire when we arrived booked with hotel no booking when we got there .but they found us a room but they did not know how much we had booked at .But helpfull and sorted we do speak Spanish I think difficult for bus and hotel if not

The staff on the reception desk were always very helpful and pleasant. They willingly assisted with information regarding modes of transport and timetables. The apartment was very clean, although basic. The restaurant offered a wide selection of foods , buffet style. On a daily basis.

Despite 4 adults having booked into a one bedroom apartment, we had only 2 pillows and 7 sheets between us. 'Comfort' and 'a good nights sleep' were not the catchphrases for this break!!!!

The aparment was fantastic the room was spotless the room was cleaned on daily basis. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite made you feel very welcome. There was a bus stop nearby and supermarket. Will definetly return in the summer.

It was a very nice apartment, it had a good view of the city, was quiet, had a central location.

I read some poor reviews on the hotel before we visited,and I would like to say how wrong they were, the hotel was clean and the reception staff could hold conversations with us and they were very friendly, The food was very nice and the location was perfect it was in walking distance form all the pubs and resturants and the beach, in all we had a lovely break and would like to visit again in the future.

Ony two very small things, there was not a kettle in the room and the television had no english channels.

Location very good, 100 meters walking to a beach. Cala Millor touristic area on walking distance. Very good facilities, especially indoor swimming pool was very well appreciated by our kids. Also the restaurant was of good quality and the buffet had enough variation. Only the beds were too soft in our eyes.

A cheap Hotel in a fair location within 5 mins of Beach - rooms ok cooking facilities limited but good enough for small meals. Lots of cheap restaurants local. Good value for money.

WiFi hit and miss

I liked because value for money was very good. Hotel was clean and close to the beach.

The location is good, close to a small beach and about 10 mins walk to the wider Cala Millor beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Design of pool area is good for kids, small enough for parents to overlook the whole area.

The hotel needs some renovation and paint. Also cleaning in both apartment and around pool should improve. Major capacity problem with the AC in both apartment and in the breakfast room.

The stuff is very very kind and make everything to make you feel at your own home. The price comparing to the quality and service are very low, I would definetly recommend it to everyone who want to stay in Majorca. The beach is 5 minutes walking and the sea is excellent.

Ideal swimming pools for young children and the location of hotel is excellent between the two resorts of Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Will be recommending this hotel to friends with children.

Comfortable room, good location.

We had to pay for Wi-Fi. No amenities (even soap) in the bathroom, no sponge in the kitchen. Staff speaks very good German but not so good English, but they were always ready to help us in any questions.

we really enjoyed the kindness of the staff, especially marga at the reception, they were all nice and helpful at all times. Both swimming pool are nice, also the sauna. Location is quite good, very quiet bcos situated in cala bona, but only few minutes walkin distance from cala millor. we had a great time there

Breakfast was ok, but juices really too sugary, coffees were not brillant. Jacuzzi really small and didnt work some days. There is no running machine in the gym.
